So, I got my tools for the next 29 days: 1. My Roadmap to Success Planner; 2) My I Win Journal; and 3) The Edge Live Grow Reflect Journal. Journaling is key to my success on this Redemption Journey. Why? There is something about writing that calms the nerves, releases the stress of failing and provides a mirror of self-reflection. Currently, I am noting this in my I Win Journal. This will be transcribed to my blog and Facebook. In this Journal, I free flow and then I can later pick what I want to share. I cannot share everything that comes up and out. Why?

Social media and the internet are not safe places to open up about challenges that I may not have had the opportunity to work through myself yet. People can be so mean and judgmental while you are still trying to figure it out. This is a sure-fire way to damage a soul and kill a person’s spirit; so, there are some things that still must stay between me and God.
I went to Sam’s to grab fruit and vegetables. I had to check and adjust my attitude at the store and again when I got home. All I thought about was cooking and doing more when I got home than what I was doing before. This was not supposed to be an “addition” to what I already had going on. For example, some days I just do not want to cook, so a run for take out was my plan B. When it hit me that plan B was no longer an option, I got an attitude with me. Started questioning whose bright idea was this, was it God, ego, flesh, etc.…you know the drill. I needed an attitude adjustment quick. One, I cannot go around blaming God and two, I cannot be getting mad before day 1. I have 29 days to get an attitude.

So, I made my lunch for tomorrow, grilled vegetables and fruit. See my cute picture. Breakfast will be two boiled eggs and one cup of black coffee, with sugar, no cream. I cannot start the day without that one cup. I do not even think it is caffeine anymore, but the smell of a cup of strong, black java that wakes the senses. Dinner will be more vegetables, a sweet baked potato and fruit.
Finally, I will make sure that I have my Live Grow Reflect Journal on standby, ready to write my daily affirmations, what I am grateful for, and what I am believing for. I have an expectation of writing a tangible instance of increase (abundance) and of course a manifestation moment where something I have been believing God for happens and I can memorialize it accordingly. Testimony Time!!
