After I had surgery removing the tumor from my breast, followed by radiation and chemotherapy, I intentionally did a 360 when it came to eating and exercising. I bought a juicer and started juicing my fruits and vegetables for breast cancer recovery with a healthy lifestyle. I cut back on alcohol (I was not drinking a lot anyways), gave up soda, pork, red meat and I cut back on dairy products. I was relentless. I even found an herbalist and started doing herbs.

About a year ago I lost focus, and I became less intentional. I noticed I got “less intentional” when I started taking care of my mom. We were not bad eaters. But, take out became the norm, less work for me. Juicing became less and less; when I cooked, I did not give it very much thought, it had to be quick and easy, with very little preparation time.
Now, it is time to regroup and get back focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and I am using this month to jump start a new routine of doing better with my eating and exercising to maintain breast cancer recovery. At one point, I had a trainer, but I had to stop due to my budget. Instead, I purchased an elliptical bike that I really need to spend more time with.

Today God gave me many downloads. Look for a separate post on Facebook regarding why you should buy my “I Win” t-shirt. It is not just another cute inspirational saying. I Win has a story that I will share and hopefully you will go and purchase a shirt from my apparel store.
Later this month, I am teaching an eight-week appointment living class for Family Connect on Wednesday nights at the Pursuit of God Transformation Center. God has given me nuggets to share with potential participants. I am really looking forward to teaching, it is something that I love doing.

In closing, my oldest daughter is due to give me my fourth grandchild on March 17th. We are adding “another” to the Them in 3TandThem. I am so excited about my next grandchild. As most know, 3TandThem are my whys. We are all set to vacation in July. Like her cousins, her mind will be expanded early. Psalms 37:25 says: 25 I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread (NIV). Therefore, there will never be guilt or shame in my family experiencing God’s best while remaining, loving, humble and giving. I owe it God to walk in my divine purpose, I owe it to myself to live long enough to see it and to hear the words, “well done my good and faithful servant” and I owe it to 3TandThem to be around to see what God has in store for them.
