“I Win” is not a cute cliché I came up with to sale t-shirts. “I Win” has a story and a purpose. Let me share.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer approximately six months after my divorce was finalized, and approximately three months after my father died from cancer. So, I was still in “mourning” as I sat in the doctor’s office hearing something I did not want to hear, let alone was prepared to hear.
During this time, I had to get my mental state in order, in addition to maintaining that order. My very survival depended on what I was hearing, retaining, and telling myself. I sealed the following in my heart:
Romans 8:28 (And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose),
the song by Estelle, Conqueror (I'd rather stand tall, Than live on my knees, 'Cause I'm a conqueror, And I won't accept defeat, Try telling me no, One thing about me, Is I am a conqueror, I am a conqueror) and lastly,
Curtis Mayfield’s song, Keep on Pushing (I've got to keep on pushing, I can't stop now, Move up a little higher, Some way, somehow, 'Cause I've got my strength, And it don't make sense, Not to keep on pushing, Hallelujah, hallelujah, Keep on pushing). I meditated and confessed these words repeatedly.
One night, in one of my many pity parties, heated fellowship with God asking, “why, why, why”!! And, God said to me “you win.” I repeated, “I win” and I repeated it over and over and over again – I WIN. That is how my “I Win” was born FOR ME.
So, when I ask you to go to my page and purchase your “I Win” t-shirt, I am asking you to purchase part of my story, my winning story, my winning journey.
