I find myself repenting often for not being a more faithful steward over some of my God-given gifts, talents and things, including my body and my mind. I am so glad His mercies and grace are anew every single day and that HE is not an unforgiving or punishing Father that “always” punishes His children for falling short. I believe that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and often times, I don’t treat her like I should.
I sometimes “over consume” foods, I “over indulge” when I want to forget or when I want to numb the pain, and I “ingest” contrary to God’s Word during the I “don’t give a f—k” moments. I am not always on point in my life, I do try my best. BUT, I have determined that I can do BETTER.
For the next 29 days (February), and longer if I am led too, I am going on a “redemption journey” to reclaim what I have taken for granted. As I confess my total healing daily, I need to do something “more” proactive to show my gratitude for my healing. I repent to God and I want to show HIM just how grateful I am. My body is not my own to do whatever I please. It is HIS temple, HIS gift to me to steward and take care of. So, I invite you on this journey with me!
I will share my days with you on this blog, along with any downloads I may receive while on this journey to better steward my body and mind. Feel free to comment, via this platform or via Facebook. I would love to hear your insight and words of encouragement only (can’t do negativity or offense during this time).

I am choosing to do several things in the next 29 day redemption journey to better steward my mind and body:
Money: no eating out or spending money on eating out for myself or others (sorry my grandbabies). Goal: save money.
Food/drink: eat clean (more vegetables, fruit and fish). No pork, red meat or alcohol. Goal: healthier body, lose weight, lower A1C.
Exercise: Be active for at least 30 minutes a day. Goal: healthier body and lose weight.
Ear gate: No blues (sorry WDIA)/secular music; positive music, more motivational talks/videos. Goal: feed my mind and spirit a healthier diet.
Mind/emotional/soul gates: Read, confess and meditate on “medium” that lines up with God’s word, more positive and happy vibes. Goal: digest positive and happier vibrations that speak and give LIFE.
Proof: Journal my Journey. Goal: write the vision and make it plain.
